Vegas is probably the most buzzing city in the world, and yet it is relatively a young city compared to those on the East coast of the USA.

Getting to Vegas is pretty simple these days with flights from all over the world, car hire is simple at the airport with buses to the car pool every 10 minutes 24/7, but what about the hotels? Most people tend to stay on The Strip, but remember it is 5 miles long so no matter where you stay you will probably still need a taxi or bus.

Examining BAC Test Percentages

A Las Vegas lawyer receives an abundance of frantic calls from clients who can only provide him with sketchy details of their arrest incident. One of the first things a Las Vegas attorney will do for a client is to review all the information contained in an arrest report. The arrest report contains all the testimony given from all parties involved. The officer who detains an individual will complete his statements and they are also added. Any statements issued by the arrested individual will be included and any accounts provided by third-parties will also be available in this report. Looking through this information can prove to be extremely useful as a client and their representative try to piece together what actually happened. Often times there are particular statements, details, or technical information that may be useful to them as they build a defense against the pending charges. One such detail which can often prove very beneficial as a defense is being prepared is the blood alcohol level recorded at the time of arrest. The details surrounding the BAC, as it is commonly referred to, should be diligently studied by one’s legal representative.

The BAC in very simple terms is the amount of alcohol able to be measured in one’s blood. In the United States any BAC of 0.08% or higher is considered to be an unacceptable level for operating a motor vehicle. There is really no way to accurately measure how few or how many drinks it may take to reach such a level. Obviously such factors as height and weight contribute to a determination, as does an individual’s metabolism. If an individual takes pain medication or prescription medication, then those substances can have an effect on how alcohol is metabolized throughout the body. When an individual is requested to stop because of suspicions of impairment, an officer’s opinion is not solely sufficient to determine an individual’s drunkenness. A BAC test must be administered in addition to any visual evidence an officer may claim to have seen. If an individual will not cooperate in taking a BAC test or if the test is taken and a BAC level is over acceptable limits then chances are, the charges will be deemed to have merit. If, however, one’s legal representative can show that the test was administered incorrectly or against a client’s will, this can give a defense a basis for argument. If the BAC registers within legal limits and a client is still detained there can also be legal ramifications associated with that scenario.

Since BAC tests are one of the biggest factors in a defense against operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a good legal representative will know just what to be looking for in an arrest report. He will be checking to see that the BAC test was administered correctly and that all required information has beendocumented properly. An individual’s representative can also explain all the defense options an individual may have, especially as it relates to the results of having taken or having refused a BAC test.

Another great feature of the Fitzgerald is its central location.  Placed on the famous Freemont Street, the hotel is within a five minute walk of the brightly lit road known as “the Strip”, and the airport is less than a twenty minute drive.  Therefore, and guest can experience all the amenities of the more expensive, more glamorous hotels and casinos, without the cost associated with a stay at these locations.

The most talked about section of the hotel is the large and spacious casino floor.  According to a popular slots magazine, the Fitzgerald hotel Las Vegas is rated number one in Reel slots, Progressive slots, and Penny slots.  This fact only reinforces that fact that this casino is both popular and cheap.  At forty-two thousand square feet it is also one of the largest casino floors in Las Vegas.  Other than the popular slot machines that line the floor, there are also thirty-two table games offered ranging from blackjack to roulette to craps.  Poker is also offered in special and private, smoke free gaming room on the second floor of the casino. 

Free training classes are available every morning that are led by experienced Fitzgerald dealers.  Many visitors boast how easy it is to learn the basics from these classes.  A great way to experience Las Vegas is to begin with the lesser expensive games from the Fitzgerald, and then, when you feel comfortable, to move onto the higher buy in tables at the more expensive casinos.

Many tourists are intimidated by the bright lights and high rollers of Las Vegas.  However, the Fitzgerald offers a more affordable  and less intimidating atmosphere while still having the comforts and amenities of the larger hotels and casinos.

The Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas is the epitome of style and grace.  The story of the hotel began with the destruction of the world famous Dunes hotel and casino in 1993.  Conceived of by Steve Wynn and built and maintained by this company - Mirage Resorts, Incorporated, the Bellagio is inspired by the Lake Como Resort in Bellagio, Italy.  With a Mediterranean infused, five pool veranda and an eight acre artificial lake containing hundreds of synchronized and lighted fountains; a visitor cannot help but be transported to the famed Italian waters.  With an estimated construction cost 1.6 billion dollars, the hotel was, at the time, the most expensive hotel in Las Vegas, and , with ten thousand employees, the largest employer as well. 

While the intricate pools of the veranda and the amazing fountain shows of the artificial pool help define the hotel, inside there are numerous amenities and features that make the Bellagio hotel, Las Vegas uniquely different from the other luxury hotels that line the strip.  One of the truly awe inspiring impressions that the hotel makes comes upon your first steps into the magnificent lobby, perched on the ceiling is Dale Chihuly’s Fiori di Como.  This beautiful rendition of Italy’s fields in spring contains two thousand hand blown glass flowers of all colors.

Once you make it past the lobby and into your suite, you will be no less impressed.  With over thirty-nine hundred rooms, the Bellagio has one of the largest capacities of any hotel in Las Vegas.  However, even with such numbers, the rooms and suites are spacious and luxurious.  The average square footage of a room is almost one thousand square feet, with the higher end suites having two stories and topping out at almost five thousand square feet.  These rooms are styled after European opulence with Italian marble bath rooms, lighted walk in wardrobe closets, and vast views of the surrounding mountains. While appealing to luxury and sophistication, these rooms also boast separate office suites with multiline phones, internet availability, and all conveniences of modern day media technology.

With 116 thousand square feet of gaming space, the casino at the Bellagio is not the largest in Las Vegas, but it has often been considered the most sophisticated.   Due to its number of high limit tables and ability to cater to demanding tastes, dozens of professional poker players call this casino their home “office”.  The casino has hosted several high profile poker tournaments including those associated with the World Poker Tour.  Other gaming opportunities include slot machines, baccarat tables, roulette wheels, other card tables, and professional sports betting.

If food and entertainment are more your style, then the Bellagio hotel, Las Vegas has that covered as well.  This hotel offers nine different dining options and is the only hotel in Las Vegas that can boast of two five star restaurants: Le Cirque and Picasso.  There is only one permanent show at this hotel. However, it is production of Cirque du Soleil entitled “O” specifically created for the opening the hotel. All these elements work together to not only bring more tourists to the city, but to increase the overall financial quality of those tourists. Therefore, not only are more tourists visiting the area, but they are wealthier than typical tourists and spend more money, thus further driving the local economy.

The luxury hotels of Las Vegas have become world famous. Architects, owners, and investors have done everything possible to make every hotel a unique experience from the first step into the lobby. Establishments offer spectacular light and laser shows, phenomenal water fountain displays, and dramatic and impressive architecture. Various hotels boast of incredible recreations of the New York City skyline, the gardens of Babylon, the Great Pyramids of Giza, and spectacular light and water shows that operate on any hourly basis. These accommodations include huge rooms. Some suites rival the size of houses with square footage ranging into the forty-five hundred ranges. Many are two stories with professional kitchens, spacious bathrooms, and expensive imported features. While wealthy tourists spend their money on the strip, in casinos, and at restaurants, they come to Las Vegas because of the high end suites in which they will be sleeping. These rooms are top notch and attract millionaires from all over the world.

Due to these luxury qualities, Las Vegas has not only increased the amount of people that visit the city, but also the financial quality of those visitors, thereby increasing the local economy of the region.

Like any other city that has a local economy largely based on tourism, Las Vegas, Nevada spends an incredible amount of time and money in catering to and luring in visitors; however, for many tourists, it takes more than the twenty-four hour lifestyle and glitz and glamour of the hotels and attractions to commit to a visit - hence the existence of cheap Las Vegas vacation packages that increase the local tourism. These special packages are created by the local commerce office and local hotels, casinos, and restaurants in order to make a visit to the city more enticing, more affordable, and less intimidating. By making a trip to the area more affordable and less intimidating, the city can increase the amount of tourists that visit its hotels, casinos, and restaurants thereby increasing the amount of money these businesses take in and further driving the local economy.

The number one reason people cite as a reason for not taking a vacation is the associated cost of such a trip. Even though Las Vegas is primarily a tourist town, the cost of a visit can be out of reach of many potential tourists. With the cost of a hotel room, casino visits, entertainment, food, and other amenities the price of a visit can run into the thousands of dollars (and those casino visits can escalate the cost of visit exponentially). In order to combat these soaring price tags the city commerce office approaches various businesses and asks them to offer certain discounts or special deals that they then put together to form specially priced packages. Local businesses agree to these discounts because they draw in out of town customers.

Over the last decade, the trend in Las Vegas development has been towards constructing huge hotel and entertainment complexes. These complexes offer hotel suites, dining options, casinos, spas, salons, retail options, and many other entertainment opportunities. Taking the local government’s idea, these complexes offer cheap Las Vegas vacation packages that include discounted access to all the associated amenities located in the complex. Since these very large hotels are in direct competition with each other, these packages can become very cheap as the competition heats up. The idea is to draw as many out of town guests to the hotel as possible thereby generating more capital.

Another reason that many individuals or families do not make the investment in a trip to the city of Las Vegas is the coinciding image that the city portrays. With its casinos, strip clubs, and twenty-four a day life style, the city has created a self fulfilling image of debauchery, crime, and over indulgence. While this image may appeal to a certain type of tourist, it also alienates a much larger portion of potential visitors. Families therefore may not see the city as a place they want to take their children for a summer vacation. Since these cheap Las Vegas vacation packages are generally geared towards families who are trying to save money while still going on vacation, they can increase the amount of families who visit thereby helping to debunk the city’s nasty image.

Therefore, these packages offer discounts in order to drive tourism by drawing families to the city thereby transforming a city that was once only a gambling hot spot into an entertainment center that anyone can enjoy.
